Do I have to do CrossFIt to work with AME Higher Nutrition?
No, definitely not! Some form of exercise in combo with our personalized meal plan will help you feel your best, and I’m happy to introduce you to CrossFit if you want, but it’s not at all required.
What kind of results can I expect?
If you follow our program plan, I believe that you can expect to feel better, to sleep better, to have more energy, to lose weight if that is your goal, and to gain confidence in your nutrition decisions. How nice would it be to not have to always question “am I doing the right thing?”, “what should I be eating right now?”. Come talk to us and we can help.
Do I need to follow a meal plan?
No, we will create action steps together to start making some new healthy habits. Those steps may at some point include the meal plan that I can provide, but not necessarily!
What is a typical meal plan like?
A typical meal plan will have a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options throughout the week, as well as two snacks per day (one regular snack, and one focused on post-workout intake). You can always exchange one breakfast for another, or a lunch for a lunch, etc. based on what you end up liking within the plan. There are simple recipe ideas, as well as grocery lists. No more guesswork!
Do you have vegetarian meal plans?
Yes, we have vegetarian as well as gluten-free and dairy-free meal plans.
Are meals included?
No, they are not.
